General Notes:
The products, presents in our catalogue, are not always available, but we can realize for you on request. Please contact us for information about the timing of realization. Every parts of our products are hand made. Please note that your ordered items will never be equal to the samples. This is a fine art handmade. We do not accept complaints.
For deliveries outside of the European Community you will pay extra the import taxes in the target countries for our products shipped from Italy, according to the laws of each country. These are fees / costs that we can’t control or be responsible.
How to place an order:
all products sold on line from our shop our are grouped in categories. In order to help make your choice easier these categories can be seen on the home page or in the catalogue (buy on -line). You can also use our site’s search engine, in the top right hand corner of every page, to find the product of your interest. Each product is rapresented by a high quality picture, a brief description and the sale price (VAT NOT included). By clicking on “add to your cart” the selected product will be added to your sale cart which is updated after each change. All products are covered by our guarantee.
Payment:
the amount payable will come up on your screen once you have confirmed your order by clicking on the button “order “. can be made by credit card or Paypal. The system processes all payments via Paypal and therefore all credit cards accepted by Paypal will be accepted. It is possible to pay either with your Paypal account or, if you do not have an account, pay directly with your credit card without registering on the Paypal portal. The prices of our products are in euros and the amount debited from your account will be in euros whichever country you are buying from and whatever the currency your account is in.

Security:
All of our transactions are made through servers protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer). Your credit card details will be processed by an external company, who acts as a payment gateway and guarantees maximun security when dealing with your details.
Our company has no access whatsoever to these details and cannot be held responsible for their use.

Delivery:
In Italy we deliver our products by post or DHL. We deliver abroad by DHL which allows us to deliver our products in perfect conditions in a short amount of time. Your order would normally be sent within 15 days.
Delivery costs vary according to the weight of the product you have chosen, the country of destination, the type of delivery (air, road etc.) and whether or not the goods need to have special packaging particulary with wooden crates (for example antique products).
Delivery costs appear auomatically on your screen when you make a purchase.
IMPORTANT, Customers from outside the European EU (EXTRA EU) and Custom’s charges:
All customers from outside the EU must pay a custom’s charge on the arrival of their goods. These charges can vary according to the goods ordered.
Product availability:
Due to the workmanship and uniqueness of our products it is possible that they are not always available. In this case you will be contaced by our Customer Care and if necessary your order will be canceled.
Tracking your order:
Our customer service tracks every delivery and in the case of a delay the customer will be informed.
You can track your order on our site in the “Order Tracking” section. Once you have been sent an e-mail to confirm your delivery, you can track it on line. This feature is offered in collaboration with the courrier company that delivers our products.

Damaged goods:
all of our products are packaged and delivered with utmost care. If products are faulty or damaged during transport please contact our customer care immediately (within ten days of delivery date) who will help you to return the product and obtain a refund.
Protection for minors:
People under 18 years of age are not allowed to place an order on line unless they have the consent of an adult.
Use of your personal data (law 31.12.96 no. 675 of the Italian Civil Code):
In order to process your orders we need you to enter your personal data, used exclusively by amalficoastceramics.com, for the purpose of running operations for the purchase of goods or services. We inform you that the data collected will be used pursuant to and in compliance with what is set out by law 675/96 of the Italian Civil Code (Protection of people and other subjects regarding the use of personal data) and will be handled with automated and manual tools in order to guarantee security and confidentiality. The data collected will only be transmitted to subjects to whom the transfer of this data is necessary, practical and instrumental for the purchase operation to be completed. The data collected will not be subject to widespread transmission on the part of amalficoastceramics.com. With regard to the use mentioned above, rights may be exerted according to article 13 of the law in question. The “User” pursuant to law 675/96 is Il Ninfeo.
